| How to Make a 'Back a Player' bet |
In the Active Trades window click on the ‘Search Player’ tab, to see a list of the top 10 players. You can view the trading details of all the traders, such as the number of backers they have, and choose which player you want to back. ‘P’ indicates a play money trader and ‘R’ a real money trader.  Click on the ‘thumbs up’ icon to back the player. Choose the bet amount, press confirm, and then confirm again quickly. The player sphere will appear in your Active Trades window. Your balance will be adjusted in the accounts window (the bet amount is taken from your cash balance and added to your margin). Your profit or loss will only be reflected in the cash balance when the trade is closed.  HOW TO CLOSE A ‘BACK A PLAYER’ BETA back a player trade automatically closes after 7 days unless you choose to close it earlier. To close a trade yourself, place the player’s sphere above the joystick in the Active Trades window, then, click on the ‘thumbs up’ icon or type in the letter (T) to open the trader window. Next, click ‘confirm’. The trade will not close immediately, but just after 12 midnight gmt of that business day. Once you have hit ‘confirm’, you cannot cancel the order to close the bet. You cannot adjust a back a player bet. |
