The live Chat area (top left of the trading screen), lets traders chat with each other while trading the markets. Type in what you want to say, hit return or click ‘Send’ and it will appear in the General traders chat window.

If you click the ‘Rooms’ tab you can choose to enter a financial chat room which focuses on a specific financial topic. Examples include Bond Chat, or Commodities Chat rooms. Once you have selected a room, click the ‘Chat’ tab.



If you want to send a private message to another trader, click on their username in the 'Users' tab (the message text becomes green).

For longer conversations, you can set up a temporary trading chat room (click the ‘Rooms’ tab) and then invite other traders to join you there. You can even create a password for the room so only your ‘guests’ can enter.

Trading Help desk

If you have any trading questions for our support team, start a chat in the ‘Help Desk’ trading room. Our support team is fluent in both English and Spanish.
