Hi Jobson and Ruskin.
The problem you described can be solved by cleaning your web-browser cache and cookies. Try doing the following procedure:
Close the trader application and log out from the Gnutrade website. Then close all web browser windows. After that, clean your cache and cookies*, then open your web browser again and log in.
‘* in Firefox, do this in your browser window by clicking Tools>Clear Private Data>check the boxes for Cache, Cookies, Authenticated Sessions>then click Clear Private Data Now
‘* In Windows Explorer, do this in your browser window by clicking Tools>Internet Options>In the General Tab>Browsing History>Delete…>then choose to delete Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, Form Data
