Transactions not going through? - 2008/01/29 19:41 Hi

I've been trying to make my first bet (a basic bet) but whenever I try ro confirm the transaction I get the following message, something along the lines of "Transaction did not go through.No instrument price: current time=123454445Blah blah, Trigger time=1234567blah blah ?

Can any one help

The problem you described can be solved by cleaning your web-browser cache and cookies. Try doing the following procedure:

Close the trader application and log out from the Gnutrade website. Then close all web browser windows. After that, clean your cache and cookies*, then open your web browser again and log in.

‘* in Firefox, do this in your browser window by clicking Tools>Clear Private Data>check the boxes for Cache, Cookies, Authenticated Sessions>then click Clear Private Data Now

‘* In Windows Explorer, do this in your browser window by clicking Tools>Internet Options>In the General Tab>Browsing History>Delete…>then choose to delete Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, Form Data

I managed to get one basic bet placed but the same thing happened again after that. Tried as you suggested re logging out, cookies,temp files etc but still getting the same problem?
Since others are getting the same thing i'm assuming it's not being caused by my machine ?
Any other help very much appreciated. (especialy since I "won" the bet!)
Are things any better for you Ruskin?

Re:Transactions not going through? - 2008/01/30 02:45 Not sure if this is relevent but i've noticed that the times of these posts are showing up as a few hours ahead of GMT.
Any chance this could be related to the "current time" and "trigger times" refered to in the error messages?

Re:Transactions not going through? - 2008/01/30 19:11 Hi Jobson. We had a scheduled update, and in few cases some computers were affected depending on their version of web browser. This update is complete and the trading platform is working normally.

Regarding the forum times, this forum works independently from the trading platform (which is set in GMT). We have plans to set the forum time in GMT in a future update.
