IMPOSSIBLE TO TRADE - 2008/01/04 22:12 It's impossible to open the trade window since several hours - disturbs me a lot not being able to take a nice profit from the table.

Please make sure your web browser has pop-up windows enabled, as a pop-up blocker may be preventing the gnuTrade application from opening.

You may also check anti-virus, anti-adware, firewall, or other similar software that is preventing pop-up windows from opening.

Re:IMPOSSIBLE TO TRADE - 2008/02/23 01:48 I just signed up for an account an noticed that I can not make any trades because the system keeps telling me that someone has already logged in with my user name or email address now can someone tell me if i have done something wrong because i would really like to know whats wrong

The issue you describe may be due to a cache problem. If you continue to experience any problem logging in, we suggest that you clear your browser's cookies and cache, and temporary internet files to ensure there is no conflict with any other page from your browser.

‘* in Firefox, do this in your browser window by clicking Tools>Clear Private Data>check the boxes for Cache, Cookies, Authenticated Sessions>then click Clear Private Data Now

‘* In Windows Explorer, do this in your browser window by clicking Tools>Internet Options>In the General Tab>Browsing History>Delete…>then choose to delete Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, Form Data

Re:IMPOSSIBLE TO TRADE - 2008/03/09 22:35 Im having the same problem. I have just signed up, i log in, press trade now and the pop up appears, It just never loads fully. I have tried in both firefox and IE. I have cleared all private data etc.

Try this to solve your problem.

If you are logged in, log out from the gnuTrade website, as just closing webbrowser windows is not enough to properly end your session, and some data may be stored in your local cache.

After cleaning cache and cookies restart your web browser, log in using your details and CHECK THE CHECKBOX "REMEMBER ME" before you press the "login" button.

Then, once your trading is finished, close the trader application and ALWAYS log out.
