impossible to take my profits - 2008/06/03 20:56 Never had any problem to buy gnu points - never.
To often impossible to sell gnu points with profit due the error message (-1005)invalid instrument price as a result impossible to make gains !!!
For the same error impossible to adjust the margin to limit margins and losses - to often.

Who takes advantage of these trading order errors ???

When you see this error, your session may have ended due to security reasons. Please close the trader application, log out from the gnuTrade website, clean cache and cookies, restart your web browser, and log in again checking the "remember me" checkbox.

Please remember to always log out from the gnuTrade website, as sometimes just closing web browser windows is not enough to properly end your session.

having excecuted your instructions - unfortunetky - selling points and adjusting margins was still impossible.
bying points was possible without any problem, as a matter of fact I was able to buy FTSE points but again not able to sell or adjust the margin.

what could be the problem ?

Your account appears to be ok from our side. The problem you have described appears to be a 'local' issue, in that we had another client from your geographical area report the same issue in the last month, even though testing from other locations and ISPs showed logging into the same account was working fine.

In this other case, other sites had exhibited the same issue. The issue with our site resolved itself when the ISP cache was cleared.

When a specific page (like our login page) has been cached by your ISP itself, this usually means needing to wait a day or so for it to clear.

Clearing the cache in your browser, as well as your cookies, and temporary internet files usually resolves local caching, but ISP level caching will not respond to these actions.

Some users have reported that by clicking the "remember me" checkbox when logging in usually solves this problem. Please, try this action everytime you log in our webpage.

You may also try different web browsers like Moxilla Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc.
